Conference Registration

The 47th ASSCT Conference will be held at the Mackay Entertainment & Convention Centre (MECC), The MECC is located in the heart of Mackay and is just a short stroll away from a plethora of City Centre restaurants, an award-winning regional art gallery, hotels, a library, shopping precincts and our magnificent blue water Pioneer River, during the period of Tuesday 21st to Friday 24th April 2026.  All General, Manufacturing and Agricultural sessions will follow at the same site.

Further information regarding the 2026 conference will be disclosed as preparations continue.

Welcome Function: Tuesday 21st April 2026 from 6:30pm

Happy Hour:  Wednesday 22nd April 2025 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Registration Costs:  TBC

On-site registration is available commencing 12:00pm on Tuesday 21st April or 07:30am Wednesday 22nd April 2026 at the MECC.

The registration fee provides entry to all Conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas and lunches. The fee also covers bus transport for the Conference tours.

Please ensure when purchasing your delegate registration tickets, you are aware of the inclusions per ticket type and make allowances to purchase any additional tickets to social/networking functions.

Conference registrations are only available online.

For delegates and partners not registering for the Conference, tickets for the Welcome Function and/or Gala Dinner are available separately at an additional cost of $80.00 and $120.00, respectively.

PHOTOGRAPHER

The ASSCT Committee wishes to advise that by attending the Conference/Exhibition you may be photographed by a member of the Committee or contracted photographer for publicity or promotional purposes. The ASSCT Committee retains all property in all images it produces.
